EVSR sets fastest EV lap at Lime Rock Park

DSC_0256Last weekend was another successful outing for the EVSR cars. Both EVSRs competed and finished all races hosted by Indpendent Motorsports Group as well as got time to test on the track on Thursday. EVSRs proved its superior range by completing a 1 hour session and 45 minute race. EVSRs also showed off their speed. EVSR #82 now holds the fastest lap at this historic track of 1:00.8.

Thursday was more testing and tuning. EVSR #01 completed an hour of driving on track with an average speed of 72 mph. Friday was the first of the races and where EVSR #82, driven by Charles Turano, posted the fastest EV time at Lime Rock park. Watch the shockingly fast lap here. Both cars finished 2 sprint races and placed 2nd and 4th in the Feature Race. On Saturday, both cars xxxxx. EVSR #01 finished a 45 minute sprint race at full speed.

DSC_0233The end goal of EVSR is to build an entire fleet of electric sports racing cars, and host a series. Once a series of EVSRs are built, they will be fully rentable. Custom cars will also be available to purchase.
